Helping people live well with dementia — and through later life changes — with clarity, calm and connection
For nearly two decades, I’ve worked as an Occupational Therapist within the NHS and beyond, specialising in dementia care and support for older people navigating life’s transitions.
I believe that later life can still hold joy, meaning, and connection — even in the face of change or challenge. My role is to listen closely, understand what matters most to you, and translate that into practical steps that make daily life easier and more fulfilling.
I work with:
Individuals and families adjusting to a dementia diagnosis.
Older people navigating later life changes such as retirement, moving home, or health challenges.
Care providers and organisations seeking training, consultancy, and service development to deliver more person-centred care.
Alongside one-to-one support, I deliver training and consultancy that makes a measurable difference. From empowering staff to feel confident in their roles, to co-developing dementia-friendly services, I help organisations embed lived experience and real-world solutions into their practice.
My Values:
Compassion – Listening with empathy and care.
Practicality – Solutions that fit real lives and busy services.
Collaboration – Working alongside people, families, and teams.
Whether you’re seeking support for yourself, your family, or your organisation, I’d love to hear from you.
